Who we are

Ads Copilot is an AI copilot for Google Ads. It helps a shop owner see live campaigns, ingest a product or website URL, and get suggested improvements. It does not run ads without the user’s approval.

Data we store

• Account: name, email, hashed password, workspace name.
• Google OAuth: refresh token and short-lived access token, encrypted at rest, plus the Google email used to connect.
• Google Ads customer ID you select, and copies of campaign/ad/metrics we sync so the dashboard can load without hitting the API on every click.
• Offer URLs, page snapshots, and AI audit findings you generate.
• Approval logs when you later push ads (Phase 5).

Data we fetch on demand

Live Google Ads entities and recommendations may be read from Google’s API when you refresh. We do not sell this data. LLM providers receive only the structured packet needed for an audit (metrics, ad copy, page text) — not your OAuth tokens.

Google user data

We use the Google Ads API scope to manage the account you connect. You can disconnect at any time; we then delete stored tokens. You can also revoke access in your Google account.
